Sofrito Session and Brand & Web Sprint

The Sofrito Session is 45 minutes and costs $400. Start your sprint within 30 days of your session and the full $400 is credited toward the $997 Brand & Web Sprint. The remaining $597 is due after written direction lock. We launch within 48 hours — two business days — after the direction is set.

Direction lock is your written approval of the creative direction — the look, feel, and structure we agree on during or after your session. We confirm it by email within one business day of your session; your reply locks it.

Scope & Revisions

Each sprint covers one brand identity and one one-page website. After direction lock, changes to the locked direction are treated as a separate engagement. The two included refinement rounds cover refinements within the locked direction — typography, color, and copy adjustments — plus correction of factual errors at no charge.

Refunds

The $400 Sofrito Session is non-refundable. It is a completed working strategy session — 45 minutes of direction-setting on your menu, story, audience, and competition — not a deposit. The full $400 is credited toward your $997 Brand & Web Sprint when you start the sprint within 30 days of your session.

If we determine during the session that the sprint is not a fit for your business, we will tell you directly — no further payment is required and the remaining $597 balance is never charged.
